Nita's Story

I first received my Home Health Aide certification in California in 1986, later I completed a 4 year BS degree at SFSU in pre-Physical Therapy to better help those with physical needs. I obtained my Certified Nursing Assistant accreditation in both California and Florida.

Because I have my own special needs child at home, I spent many years focusing on the needs of my own family. But my empathy for the needs of seniors always brings me back to in-home Health care - I love long-term assignments where I can get to know my clients and their needs well, and become part of their lives.
